"I have been with this company for 30 years. After the decision to no longer provide coverage, they have been extremely unhelpful. I have been trying to get the accident report on covered vehicles corrected since December with no resolution. They erroneously reported an accident on my name and it is preventing me from obtaining affordable coverage. I was told “it has become complicated”. Now, they have stopped responding. I am not disputing the non renewal but for them to provide no assistance in correcting their erroneous documentation is unacceptable. I guess there is no need to ensure satisfaction anymore."
